think of it as a mini fitness/wellness retreat in the most beautiful downtown venue surrounded by like-minded women, with workshops to connect you to your mind and body, leaving you feeling uplifted and fulfilled. 

Your ticket includes: entrance to the event, swag bag filled with local goodies, as well as the nervous system session and beginner inversion session!

THE WORKSHOPS:

🧘🏼‍♀️ Nervous System Recovery Session with Marie Barker Wellness— This is your reset button — a restorative session that weaves together evidence-based nervous system care and soothing somatic practices, including guided breathwork, EFT tapping, & healing meditation. Come as you are. This is your unwind.

🤸🏼‍♂️ Beginner Inversion Session with Cheyanne Sincennes (me) and Jenn Balfour— let’s get upside down! This session will be an introduction to headstands + handstands and getting more comfortable being upside down. We will focus on wrist strength and mobility, core control and stabilization, handstand shapes, how to fall out of a handstand safely, as well as some drills and cues to be able to take these skills with you! Don’t be intimidated by the title, we will have options for modifications or progressions for everyone level!
